ENROLLMENT - Accepted by phone or at the studio. Accounts payable by Visa,
MasterCard, Discover, Auto-Pay, Cash, or Check. Non refundable $25.00 Registration Fee and $25.00 per Student Insurance Fee (waived if enrolling in Adult Classes or Summer Classes) along with the session tuition payment is due upon registering. Accounts past due will be notified and the student may not attend class until the past due amount is paid.

MIDWEST PERFORMING ARTS (not-for-profit) – Acceptance in the program is by teacher recommendation. Information available at the front desk.

BIRTHDAY PARTIES – Three themes to choose from PRINCESS, ROCKSTAR or SUPER BIRD BETSY (the storyteller). Special attention and a gift are given to the birthday child.

SUMMER CAMPS - PASSION FOR FASHION and ROCK THE PLANET delight all who participate. SUMMER CLASSES (the month of July) are also available.

SNOW CLOSINGS: When either Rockwood or Parkway School District closes due to weather, classes at Dance Incorporated/M.P.A. are also cancelled. If inclement weather begins while school is in session, during the evening, or on weekends, call the studio 1 hr. before class time for information regarding class cancellations.

WITHDRAWAL FROM CLASS OR M.P.A. – Notify the front desk in writing or by phone (636-394-0023) so the account is removed from the Computer and/or Auto-Pay.
