Years of devotion have made Dance Incorporated the most highly regarded studio in St. Louis. Ellie will always be the heart and soul of the entire Dance Incorporated family. The next generation has been a perpetual part of her remarkable journey, ensuring that this shared labor of love comes full circle. With her guidance, we will build on Ellie's considerable accomplishments while aspiring to uphold impeccable standards. We are grateful for this honor and privilege. Fulfillment is complete when students invariably write, visit, and call throughout the years to acknowledge Ellie's profound influence. The culmination of her legacy will be reflected in the thousands of lives she has enriched as a uniquely compelling and dynamic mentor. Her dream of instilling a passionate love for the art of dance will endure for generations to come. It is part of the circle of life, and it moves us all! * Every year, a very prominent out of state dance studio run by one of Miss Ellie's protegees has a ceremony to honor an individual with "THE ELLIE AWARD". It is awarded annually to a special student who most exemplifies Miss Ellie's attributes. Their most coveted achievement is accompanied by a crystal trophy and a scholarship.
